Birdsfoot Farm
Birdsfoot Farm has been raising organically grown vegetables since 1972. Dulli Tengeler currently manages the farm. Birdsfoot grows a large amount of garlic, mixed salad greens, celeriac, and sunchokes, sold locally and regionally. Birdsfoot hosts an annual Garlic Festival, runs a farm internship program, and offers a community supported agriculture (CSA) with other direct marketing efforts.
Bittersweet Farm
Certified Organic by NOFA NY. We are a small, diversified, family farm located in the St Lawrence River valley. Our livestock is a concentration of heritage breeds that are raised on pasture, consuming less grain, and living more naturally. We are developing a naturally breeding turkey program. The greenhouses feature many heirloom varieties of bedding plants.We work closely with area university students to promote experiential learning and hands on immersion in small farm living.
Eight O'clock Ranch
Our Heritage breeds of Beef, Lamb and Pork are raised on over 300 acres of native lush grass, we go beyond the standards of Organic and Humane but choose not to become certified. You can purchase by the cut, by the side or become a member of our Meat CSA. Fran's Baked Goods
We have a farm where we grow as much of our fruit for my pies and jams as we can. What we can't grow I try to purchase locally throughout the growing season. Everything I bake is fresh with no preservatives. I also have fresh tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, lettuce, cucumbers, celery, raspberries and mint at my stand.

Harmony Farm
We are a small apiary located in the scenic and pristine St. Lawrence River valley. Our honey bees gather nectar from a wide assortment of floral sources'. The honey that they produce is exceptional, since we do not filter the product it is raw, the true flavor is not altered.
Hawkshaw Farm
Kent Family Growers
KFG is a family run, horse powered, diversified farm located in Depeyster. Though we are not certified organic, we grow according to the same rules certified growers abide by. 2008 is our sixth year in business and finds us tending more than 2 acres of cash crops as well as 2 acres of cover crops and a 1/2 acre orchard. We market our produce from mid-June through to Thanksgiving at the Canton Farmers Market, the Potsdam Food Coop and through a CSA with pick up sites in Heuvelton, Canton and Potsdam.
Kingston's Roadside Stand
Kingston's Roadside Stand is located in downtown Bucksbridge. It is off Rt 310 about 8 miles from Canton towards Madrid on 310. We now have bedding plants that we will be starting off to sell this year. After that it is into all of the summer veggies that you can think of we probably sell. Then we go into selling Pumpkins, Potatoes, and Winter Squash. We have the stand at home and also go to the Canton Farmer's Market on Tuesday's and Friday's. After the Market is over we continue selling at home and go into making X-Mas Wreaths and selling Christmas Trees.
Sweet Core Farm
Sweetcore Farm is a family farm that is dedicated to producing high quality vegetables without the use of pesticides. We practice strict crop rotations, use cover crops, and integrate livestock to maintain soil health and quality. In addition to the Canton Farmer's Market our produce can be found in local stores, restaurants, and universities.
